The construction of a regular membrane switch is graphic overlay(faceplate) + adhesive + top circuit(or with metal dome)+spacer +bottom circuit + rear adhesive

l         Graphic overlay:

made of PET, the best material for this layer.We can design and make perfect graphic overlay to impress your customers.

l         Printing technique:

usually adopt screen printing method to add color and patterns to the faceplate and make circuit trace on PET. we do this extremely carefully and inspect 3 times throughout producing process to ensure a high quality printing effect.

l         Domes:

we can offer either stainless steel dome or polyester dome which can be pressed more than 1 million times without damaging it.We can promise that the domes can still work well after your machine is scraped

l         Flex circuit:

Made of PET with silver printed trace,sometimes also with connector,LEDs etc

l         Rear adhesive

Usually use the best name brand adhesive—3M adhesive
